Brief Introduction
The central features of the corona equipment are a high-frequency generator, and an electrode configuration mounted at a nominal distance of 1.5mm from an earthed backing roller, forming the corona station. The generators are usually equipped with IGBT amplifiers, and, in conjunction with a high voltage transformer, produce a sinusoidal output of up to 40kV at frequencies between 20 and 50 kHz, depending on the type of generator. The generated energy is discharged from the electrode system to the surface of the material to be treated, as it passes through the corona station between the electrode and the backing roller.
Main Features of HW-2000H Series
1. The appearance is novel and the installation is convenient (vertical type).
2. Digital screen displays multiply parameters, easy to understand and operate.
3. Built-in all kinds of protections to ensure user safety, like over-current, over-temperature, high-voltage open-circuit, short-circuit, flashover, and ground wire disconnection.
4. Support continuous work and stable output.
