3. Program the relevant parameters of tension measurement.

4. Calibrate the 0 points and the full scale of the tension signal, and make sure that the tension display is normal. If the tension display is abnormal, return to the second step 2 above for re-operation.

5. By manual adjustment. Check the system during operation to confirm that the tension display is normal and the actuator operates normally.

6. If the above steps are normal, switch to the fully automatic control mode and adjust the PI parameters according to the operating conditions to ensure the balanced operation of the tension control system.
