Brief Introduction
HW-SB series film overlocking machine is the latest high-pressure equipment introduced by our company. It is a locking product developed to solve the phenomenon of film blank tightening in the production process of cast film. It uses a high-voltage direct current to break down the air around the film to form an ion current and an electrostatic field and then makes the film adsorb on the quenching roller to prevent the film from shrinking widely due to cooling and ensure that the width of the film meets the requirements.

2. The output voltage is 0-25KV with a maximum of 5mA current, and the power can be adjusted at any time according to the speed of the cast film production line.

Working Principles

Other Environmental Requirements
1) Please install it in a place where it is unlikely to be subjected to severe vibration and shock, and the maximum amplitude does not exceed 5.0m/s (0.5g).
2) Please install it away from electromagnetic radiation sources.
3) Please install it in a place where metal powder, dust, oil, water, etc. cannot penetrate into the inside of the machine.
4) Do not install in direct sunlight, smoke, steam, and salt environment.
5) Do not install in an environment without dust pollution and explosion hazard.
