Brief Introduction

NT6 color code photoelectric sensor adopts the principle of light emission and reception, emits modulated light, receives the reflected light of the detected object, and distinguishes the color spectrum and color of the object according to the strength of the received light signal, or judges the existence of the object. Operation procedure

First set output status (dark or light run), then take sensitivity adjustments.

Dark running output adjustment method

1. Switch the output mode button to the status of dark running, (no matter whether the light spot points to dark color or light one) turn the sensitivity knob clockwise until the indicator light flashes (flashing status indicates output is running, vise versa output is stopped).

2. Turn the light spot to dark color block (mark) and adjust the sensitivity knob until indicator light flashes, keep in mind the position that the knob points is A in this status.

3. Turn the light spot to light color (base color) and adjust the sensitivity knob until indicator flashes, keep in mind the position that the knob points is B in this status.

4. Then return the adjustment knob to the position between A and B. Note: as sensitivity knob is multi circle, besides writing down positions A and B, you also need to keep in mind how many circles you have turned from A to B and how many circles to it needs to return to the position between A and B.

Light running output adjustment method

1. Switch the output mode button to the status of light running, (no matter whether the light spot points to dark color or light one) turn the sensitivity knob counter clockwise until the indicator light flashes ( flashing status indicates output is running, vise versa output is stopped).

2. Turn the light spot to light color (base color) and adjust the sensitivity knob until indicator light flashes, keep in mind the position that the knob points is A in this status.

3. Turn the light spot to dark color block (mark) and adjust the knob counter clockwise until the indicator flashes, keep in mind the position that the knob points is B in this status.

4. Then return the adjustment knob to the position between A and B. Note: as sensitivity knob is multi circle, besides writing down positions A and B, you also need to keep in mind how many circles you have turned from A to B and how many circles to it needs to return to the position between A and B.

Precautions

1. Check and make sure before running that the voltage supply must comply with DC10-30V+/-10%, by maximum of 40V, otherwise, there will be damage.

2. To obtain stable detecting result, please make sure to do the following two points: A : read and check the correct detecting distance before installing and meet the detecting distance range (12mm) during installation. Only in this way can the anti-vibrating rage 4mm be secured and vibration be limited sufficiently. B: adjust sensitivity strictly following the procedures. Adjustment has to be done each time different packaging material is changed.

3. Must prevent strong light shining directly into optical lens or take measures to shield the lens.

4. Try to avoid the bad affect by the temperature, humidity, vibration, impact or corrosive gases from its working circumstances.

5. Maintain and protect the clearness of the optical lens. Try to avoid the lens upright installing to reduce dust contamination.

6. If the product is not able to run due to non-human being factors, they can be replaced by a new one from the factory.
