Product Introduction

The BF series is the system to measure and control the lay-flat width on blown film production lines. This "air supplementary controller" uses a mechanical switch as the probe sensor to detect the size of the film, with a separate controller and solenoid valve. 

Working Principle

The controller adopts imported integrated circuits, which can automatically control the width of the film during the production of the film blowing machine. When the film blown by the film blowing machine leaks from the system due to impurities and other reasons, resulting in the narrowing of the produced film, the sensor of the controller close to the film feeds back the signal to the host, and the host immediately controls to open the solenoid valve Inflate the membrane head and sound an alarm at the same time. When it is normal, turn off the solenoid valve and stop the alarm sound.

Troubleshooting and Repair
1. When the film size is smaller than the set value, it is not inflated (the film size keeps getting smaller). Please check if the inflation indicator is on. If not, it means the sensitivity is too low or the sensor is broken.
If the light is on: please check if the throttle valve is closed, the gas source is not connected, and the solenoid valve coil is burned out.
2. The film size is larger than the set value and still inflated (the film size keeps getting bigger). Please check if the indicator light is off. If it is on: please place one or several films between the transmitter tube and the receiver tube in the sensor.
When the inflation indicator is off, it should not be inflated, but it will be inflated in the following situations: leakage in the solenoid valve, the normally open contact of the relay on the circuit board is always connected, etc., and the former is common.
3. There are three common cases of leakage in the solenoid valve: A. The air source is too dirty, and there is dirt on the valve core; B. The rubber seal in the valve core has cracks or deep depressions; C. If the air source pressure is too high, please note that the air pressure used by the controller must be less than 0.8 Mpa.
