Brief Introduction

This series of motors is a new type of synchronous motor that directly obtains low speed from the motor without a reduction gear device. The motor is a fully enclosed mechanism, with constant speed and stable operation, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, large starting torque, long service life, and no maintenance, especially suitable for some special conditions of use.

The motor has a certain self-locking torque. If a larger self-locking torque is required, an appropriate DC excitation can be added to the AC winding. The motor can start and stop instantly, generally within 10-50 milliseconds, so it can be used as a servo motor, and can also be used as a stepper motor with a pulse power supply.

Application Scenes

The input current of the motor is stable when starting and reversing on different loads. It can work under frequent starting, stopping, and reversing conditions. Even if the rotor is blocked, it is not easy to burn out. Therefore, it is widely used in industrial automation, instrumentation, stage lighting, medical equipment, machine tool feed, electric valve drive, packaging and printing, textile machinery, heat exchange, and other transmission occasions. It can also be used in open-loop control systems as an electric actuator (see HW-RA series deviation corrective actuator).
