HW-TF special half mask corona processing frame with transformer inside

 The TF series is specially designed with the oil box inside the corona station, matched with the generator HW-200G series. It is suitable for the surface treatment of thin plastic film in PP, PE, PS, EVA, HDPE, LDPE, etc, with 0-3KW small output power. The separate aluminum electrode is also flexible to meet diversified needs.

Rollers

    Steel roller inside, dead shaft mounted on free-running bearings with the hard oxidized surface

    Silicone sleeve cover outside the steel roller

    Conventional diameters are 46MM,70MM 90MM, and100MM

    It can be customized if necessary

Optional features/accessories

   Pneumatic cylinders for easy open and close to clean and replace

   Roller rotation sensor to stop the corona in the case of a stationary or broken web

   Ozone & thermal protection: exhaust through electrode assembly removes ozone from the work area and cools electrodes to maintain thermal stability
