1. Take 0.8mm or 1mm thick iron sheet and cut it into a circle, and set the center of the circle.
2. Make a hole 6mm~10mm from the center of the circle and use it as the center hole. At this time, the circular iron sheet has formed an eccentric circle.
3. Put the eccentric circle on the shaft of the floating roller of the machine. When turning the eccentric circle at this time, the eccentric range can be changed along the center point of the cross in the displacement sensor ring.
Note: If it is found that the output voltage changes too much when the floating stick moves during debugging, the eccentric circle can be reduced, or the distance between the metal sheet and the sensor can be increased.
It is recommended to operate according to the following figure, the iron plate and the displacement controller are at 90 degrees, and the distance between the two is kept 1-2mm to rotate, the effect is better.
