General Introduction

This "air supplementary controller" is a modular system to measure and control the lay flat width on blown film lines. BF-1 uses a mechanical switch to detect the size of the film, with a separate controller and solenoid valve.

The BF-1 type film blowing machine air supply controller could also choose to use proximity switch (approach switch) induction, so as to avoid the trouble of the traditional optical coupling type being easily affected by dust and requiring repeated cleaning.

During the blowing process, the air leakage could make the film narrow, then the transducer close to the film will feedback this signal to the main controller, and open the electromagnetic valve to feed air to mould with the alarm, until the film's width is normal, then close the electromagnetic valve and stop alarming.

Safety rules

1. Non-professionals are not allowed to repair or modify the machine by themselves.
2. It is strictly forbidden to operate with wet hands to avoid injury caused by electric shock.
3. Do not clean, maintain or move the machine with electricity.
4. If the power cord is aged, knotted or the plug is damaged, it should be stopped and repaired by the manufacturer or professional personnel.
5. If the machine is not used for a long time, please unplug the power plug.
6. It must be grounded reliably during installation and use.
