General Introduction
The BF-V type high-precision film blowing machine width monitor is the latest generation product of our company. Compared with the BF-III type, the automatic deflation function has been added to realize the real automatic control of the film size. The width control accuracy can reach 1mm. Human intervention saves labor and improves product performance. It is one of the indispensable products in the blown film industry and has been recognized by customers. This product adopts the imported MCU chip, intelligently controls inflation and deflation, and adopts a dust-proof infrared sensor for detection. The size of the film can be automatically detected only by placing the sensor on the outside of the film. At the same time, a throttle valve is set on the outside of the controller to allow inflation and deflation. The flow rate can be adjusted, and it can be precisely controlled for products with high requirements for small membrane precision.
Working Principle
As shown in the figure below: This machine uses a non-contact infrared sensor to detect the size of the plastic film. When the film becomes smaller, it cannot block the infrared rays, so that the controller can get a signal and the inflatable solenoid valve acts; when the film becomes larger, it blocks the infrared rays. If it continues to become larger, the deflation solenoid valve works. In that case, the film will not inflate or deflate within the normal range.

Install and use
1. Installation: Connect the inlet and outlet air pipes, insert the sensor and power plug, and connect the power supply.
2. Sensitivity adjustment: turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on. When there is no obstruction between the transmitting tube and the receiving tube in the sensor, look at the indication status of the sensitivity indicator and adjust it until it is on. If it is not bright, rotate the potentiometer in the direction of "+"; if it is flashing, rotate the potentiometer in the direction of "-".
3. Throttle valve adjustment: Generally speaking, the throttle valve should be adjusted smaller for small-sized membranes or normal production, in order to reduce the fluctuation of membrane size before and after inflation and improve the control accuracy. When making large-sized films or pulling films, the throttle valve should be adjusted to be larger, so that the film bubbles can be quickly filled to the set size, so as to reduce the generation of waste products. Whether the throttle valve is properly adjusted can be judged by measuring the size of the film before and after inflation. Under normal circumstances, if the difference between the two exceeds 1 cm, the throttle valve should be adjusted. When producing small-sized films under 10 cm, the throttle valve should be almost closed, otherwise, the size of the film will fluctuate greatly, that is, a large section and a small section. In order to prevent this phenomenon, when pulling the film, you can slightly open the throttle valve and hold down the inflation button; when the enlarged film bubble passes the splint, release the inflation button and close the throttle valve. After a while, the film size will return to the set size.
