Brief Introduction
Working Principle
The DC speed control board is a device to adjust the speed of the dc motor. The upper end is connected to the AC power supply, and the lower end is connected to the DC motor. The DC speed control board converts the AC power into two output DC power sources, one input to the DC motor magnetization (stator), and one output Input to the armature (rotor) of the DC motor, and the DC speed control board adjusts the speed of the DC motor by controlling the DC voltage of the armature. At the same time, the DC motor gives a feedback current to the speed control board, and the speed control board judges the speed of the DC motor according to the feedback current, and corrects the armature voltage output if necessary, so as to adjust the speed of the motor again.
Main Features
1. Realize step-less speed regulation with thyristor trigger
2. Introduce voltage negative feedback technology to make the speed more stable
3. With over-current and short-circuit protection devices to make the performance more reliable
4. With a soft start device to eliminate the excessive starting current of the motor
5. Equipped with a flexible multi-function interface

Wiring method and description
1. Adjust speed directly
Note: After the 0V and ING terminals are short-circuited, only one external 4K7 potentiometer is needed to control the motor speed.
Please choose your preferred single-turn/multi-turn potentiometer according to your needs.
2. Controlled by displacement controller
Note: The 4K7 main potentiometer controls the maximum speed, and the external displacement controller is used for compensation control. For example, if it is used on a bag making machine with a pressing rod/swing arm, it can achieve automatic stepless speed regulation.
