Brief Introduction
800 W series thyristor controlled dc motor board has the advantages of small size, convenient installation, high speed regulation accuracy, and low price, and is widely used in wires, cables, light industry, textile, papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, rubber and plastics, wire drawing, extrusion machinery, medical equipment, food production, printing and packaging, and other industries, and can be used with a permanent magnet, different excitation, parallel excitation, and series excitation DC motors.
Supply power to the armature of a small DC motor, so that the DC motor can realize constant torque step-less speed regulation. The device's main circuit adopts a single-phase bridge-type semi-control circuit, with voltage negative feedback, current cut-off, motor stall cut-off circuit, soft start, etc., which improves the speed regulation accuracy and limits the starting current. The control circuit adopts a single-junction transistor trigger, the circuit line is simple, the work is stable and reliable, and the temperature compensation performance is stable.
External control includes displacement controller, Hall double-speed controller, NPN or PNP photoelectric switch, computer or frequency converter, etc. analog output DC 0-5V stepless control. Photoelectric switches and displacement sensors can be used at the same time.
Main Features
1. Realize step-less speed regulation with thyristor trigger
2. Introduce voltage negative feedback technology to make the speed more stable
3. With over-current and short-circuit protection devices to make the performance more reliable
4. With a soft start device to eliminate the excessive starting current of the motor
5. Equipped with a flexible multi-function interface

Wiring method and description
1. Adjust speed directly
-Connect to the high-speed end of the potentiometer, + to the low-speed end of the potentiometer, and CP to the adjusting end of the potentiometer.
IN is connected to the high-speed end of the potentiometer, 0V is connected to the low-speed end of the potentiometer, CP is connected to the adjustment end of the potentiometer, and -12V is connected to IN to work.
Note: The 4K7 potentiometer can be replaced by a displacement controller or a thin film potentiometer for passive tracking control, and it can operate synchronously with the main motor.
2. Controlled by displacement controller
+12V is connected to the red wire of the displacement controller, GND and -12V are connected to the black wire of the displacement controller, INW is connected to the output signal of the yellow or blue line of the displacement controller (yellow line: block the deceleration to stop working, blue line: block the acceleration to work at full speed).
0V is connected to the red line of the displacement controller, -12V is connected to the black line of the displacement controller, IN is connected to the output signal of the yellow or blue line of the displacement controller (yellow line: block the deceleration to stop working, blue line: block the acceleration to work at full speed).
