While the control board overcomes the traditional shortcomings, it has great improvements in technology and devices, so that the motor can achieve the closed-loop effect even in the case of speed open-loop, which clearly reflects the low-speed characteristics of the DC motor. And with voltage, current negative feedback, over-current soft protection and soft start and other links, the work is stable and reliable, and the temperature compensation performance is stable.
The winding device is mainly a winding tension control problem, which can be divided into two methods of mechanical and electrical control to achieve tension control. Among them, the mechanical type achieves tension control by the sliding action of friction slipper or other slippery devices. This method has low sensitivity, and the tension changes within the range of 2-3 times of the predetermined value. The electrical control method is to realize tension control by adjusting the current (torque) and voltage (speed) of the motor. The control precision is high and the structure is simple, but the control system is more complicated. The control board adopts the electrical control system to realize the constant tension control of winding. According to the change of the diameter of the coil, the control system automatically adjusts the armature voltage of the motor to automatically change the speed of the winding coil. Guarantee the winding line speed, so that the winding tension remains unchanged, and the effect is obvious. This control board is widely used in plastic machinery, food machinery, cable equipment, mechanical processing, papermaking, printing, testing equipment, laboratory equipment, mixing equipment and other fields. 2. Controlled by displacement controller

+15 is connected to the red line of the displacement controller, GND is connected to the black line of the displacement controller, and 0V is connected to the output signal of the yellow or blue line of the displacement controller (yellow line: block acceleration to full speed work; blue line: block deceleration to stop working).

3. Controlled by photoelectric sensor switch
