The photoelectric deviation correction controller can be installed horizontally, vertically, or with screen openings. Working principle
The deviation correction sensor detects the relative position of the edge, line, or color block of the coil, compares the deviation between the detected value and the set value, and then converts it into a proportional signal to the electric drive for correction after calculation by the controller program. The deviation correction control system is composed of the controller, edge detection/line detection sensor, electric drive, deviation correction mechanism, and other components. The system is divided into rewinding and unwinding rectification system and a traveling rectification mechanism (which can be customized). The detection methods include edge detection, line detection, and alignment.
