HW-Ⅲ- automatic photoelectric-correct controller is based on HW-Ⅱ-and adds the function of adjusting manual tension which can correct and adjust manual tension on the rewinding and unwinding machines.
The deviation correction controller cooperates with the synchronous motor, photoelectric eye, and ball screw to automatically track and correct the deviation of the printed film and paper. The control panel adopts a micro-touch switch, the control circuit adopts the intelligent control of a single-chip microcomputer, single photoelectric/dual photoelectric control is optional, and the response speed of the synchronous motor can be set for the single electric eye, which eliminates the excessive noise and vibration when the single electric eye of the previous deviation correction controller works.
Application range
The deviation rectification controller can rectify the deviation of various roll materials: such as roll paper film, metal foil, non-woven fabric, woven cloth, and other roll materials. The controller can choose the way of following the edge and the line according to the printing pattern of the material, and can freely set the detection of the single photoelectric eye or double eyes. The rectification execution motor is a permanent magnet low-speed synchronous motor. Users can choose a ball screw or a common screw according to their own requirements so that the rectification drive stroke is strictly proportional to the offset of the coil. This product is mainly used in printing and packaging, papermaking, film, textile, and other industries where it is necessary to control the neatness of the curling edge.
