HW-RA90/110 deviation rectifying actuator position control for winder rewinder

The photoelectric automatic deviation correction system is a system that controls the horizontal position deviation of thin soft materials during the conveying process. It has the functions of automatic detection, automatic tracking, and automatic adjustment. The photoelectric automatic web guiding system adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor as the deviation correction motor and cooperates with the transmission type follow edge photoelectric eye or the reflection type follow edge/follow line photoelectric eye. HW-RA series deviation correction mechanical actuator is composed of a permanent magnet low-speed synchronous motor, ball screw, sleeve, and mounting base bracket, which completes the material's traction and corrects the material's deviation when it is running.

Working principles

Material rewinding
photoelectric sensors or gas-sensing probes are installed at positions that move together with the coiling carriage. Driven and corrected by the motor lead screw or hydraulic cylinder, the material of the coil is not biased relative to the sensor or probe so that the coil is tidy.

Material unwinding
The photoelectric sensor or gas-sensing probe is fixed and close to the position of the unloading car platform. It is corrected by the motor lead screw or hydraulic drive so that the placed material can move unbiasedly relative to the sensor or probe.

Intermediate correction
For materials that travel over long distances, use a correction control system device before and after processing in the middle section, which can prevent the material from deviating from the normal travel direction due to the long distance.
