Brief Introduction

HW-SB series film overlocking machine is the latest high-pressure equipment introduced by our company. It is a locking product developed to solve the phenomenon of film blank tightening in the production process of cast film. It uses a high-voltage direct current to break down the air around the film to form an ion current and an electrostatic field and then makes the film adsorb on the quenching roller to prevent the film from shrinking widely due to cooling and ensure that the width of the film meets the requirements. It is market-tested for outstanding reliability. Working Principles

When the film overlocking machine is working, it can generate a high-voltage direct current, which uses the high-voltage direct current to break down the air around the film to form an ion current and an electrostatic field, and then make the film adsorb on the quenching roller to prevent the film from shrinking due to cooling, and make sure the width of the film meets the requirements.

Usage Method

1. Confirm the positive and negative terminals of the high voltage output, connect the negative terminal of the high voltage output to the quenching roller of the film production line, and connect the positive terminal of the high voltage output to the discharge needle.

2. The end part of the discharge needle is perpendicular to the surface of the quenching roller, and maintains a distance of about 0.8cm.

3. Rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise to the end, plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and gradually rotate the potentiometer clockwise to lock the film and the quenching roller to meet the width requirements. At this time, the locking needle should be slightly discharged.

Attention

In order to ensure safety and prevent electric shock and fire accidents, the shell of the controller must be well grounded. When multiple controllers are grounded, it is recommended that you do not use the public ground as much as possible to prevent the ground from forming a loop.

The input power cable and output high voltage cable must be permanently fastened.

Even if the controller is in a non-working state, the input and output line may still have a charged hazard voltage as long as the grid is received.

After the main power switch is disconnected, the controller must be discharged before installation / removal work is allowed.

Do not connect the power input and output terminals wrong, otherwise, the controller will be damaged.

Installation must keep the air inlet and outlet open, and the inlet wind is out of the machine.

The fan inlet is not greater than 10cm from the controller.
