HW-TB High precision constant automatic tension controller for magnetic powder brake clutch

HW-TB series high precision automatic constant tension controller mainly consists of a tension detector, high precision A/D, D/A converter high-performance MCU, etc. The working principle is that the tension detector measures the tension of coil material and then compared with the setting stress, it is computed by MCU and adjusts the output D/A automatically, thus realizing the constant stress of the coil material by changing the excitation current of magnetic powder clutch & brake or torque of the servo motor. It is widely in the industry which needs to measure and control the tension precisely.
