SD-A Digital high precision automatic constant tension controller mainly consists of tension detector, high precision A/D, D/A converter high-performance MCU, etc. The working principle is that tension detector measures the tension of coil material then compared with the setting tension, it is computed by MCU and adjust the output D/A automatically, thus realizing constant tension of the coil material by changing the excitation current of magnetic powder clutch & brake or torque of the servo motor. It is widely in the industry which needs to measure and control the tension precisely.
