General Introduction
Due to the defects in the overall design of the previous generation product "air supplementary controller", unnecessary losses and inconveniences were caused to the manufacturer during the production process. Such as: using a mechanical switch to detect the size of the film, no throttle valve, separate controller and solenoid valve, the customer must assemble by himself, etc. In response to the above problems and the feedback from manufacturers, the second-generation product "High-Precision width monitor" was specially developed.
This product adopts an infrared sensor to detect, just put the sensor on the outside of the film, it can automatically detect the size of the film, and it is suitable for a variety of film blowing machines. Because the non-contact method is used to detect the size of the film, it is not easy to damage and has high precision for perennial work. And the built-in solenoid valve and throttle valve (air flow regulating valve) make the installation and operation very simple. It is an ideal product for the blown film industry and the best choice for replacement.
Working Principle
As shown in the figures below, this machine uses a non-contact infrared sensor to detect the size of the plastic film. When the size of the plastic film is within the set range, it blocks the infrared rays. When the plastic film becomes smaller due to various reasons, it cannot block the infrared rays, so the controller gets the signal to activate the inflatable solenoid valve, achieving the effect of automatic air supply.
Main Functions and Characteristics
1. A throttle valve is provided. By adjusting the throttle valve, the fluctuation of the film size before and after inflation can be reduced, so as to ensure that the film width is consistent. For example, if the film is wider, the airflow can be adjusted to be larger, and vice versa.
2. When the film is broken or less than the set value of 1MM, it can be automatically inflated; if the film is not broken, it can be quickly charged to the set value.
3. When the inflation has not reached the set value for more than 5 seconds, it will automatically alarm to inform, indicating that the air flow is too small or the membrane has been broken.
4. Equipped with manual inflation control torque.
5. Equipped with a sensitivity indicator light, which can indicate three states: too low, normal, and too high.
6. The entire control circuit, throttle valve, and solenoid valve are installed in the controller, which is easy to operate.
7. The size of the film is detected by infrared radiation, which solves the shortcomings caused by the detection of mechanical switches (generally, the air supply controller uses mechanical switches).
8. This product adopts the intelligent control of a single-chip microcomputer, which solves the mis-inflation caused by the vibration of the film. Make the control more accurate.
