Instructions of Industrial Ionizing Bar
The static elimination bar (ion bar) is to be used with a high voltage generator. Insert the end of the connecting wire of the anti-static bar (ion bar) into the high-voltage output jack of the high-voltage generator, turn it clockwise to the end, and then connect the grounding wire of the connecting wire of the anti-static bar (ion bar) to the grounding post on the outside of the high-voltage generator. After confirming that the grounding is good, insert the power plug of the high-voltage generator into a socket with a grounding wire (pay attention to the operating voltage of the high-voltage generator), install the anti-static bar (ion bar) in a suitable position, and turn on the power of the high-voltage generator to work.

Maintenance
Since the connection between the static eliminator generator and the electrode (ion bar) is a high-voltage connection, the high-voltage shielded connecting cable and the connecting wire should be separated as much as possible during wiring, and at the same time, avoid too close to metal objects.
The power supply must have a ground wire, and ensure that it is fully grounded. The transformer must be well grounded, and the knob of the ground wire should be checked before each usage.
When installing, the discharge needle should be vertically aligned with the static object, and the closer the distance is, the better the effect of eliminating static electricity; when installing two static bars, ensure that they are installed in staggered positions. A horizontal distance of at least 5cm should be maintained regardless of the installation in the same direction or in the forward and reverse directions. Otherwise, the static elimination effect will be affected.
After the ion rod is turned off, it can be cleaned and maintained with a clean cloth or a soft brush regularly (about once a month) with a high concentration of non-water industrial alcohol. Be careful not to tilt the ion needle at a large angle when wiping. If you accidentally touch it, use your fingers to gently pull it to the previous position.
If the electrode needle is worn and the static elimination ability cannot be restored even if the electrode needle is cleaned, please replace the ion bar.
