The static eliminator is a necessary accessory. The high voltage of the discharge needle at the working part of the static eliminator comes from the static eliminator. After the high voltage is applied to the discharge needle, the air around the needle tip is ionized into charged ions.
According to the actual environmental conditions of its use, the form of the static elimination rod, the specifications, the length of the high-voltage line, and the installation method cannot be unified. When customers order, they should be customized after detailed instructions.
The standard static elimination rod produced by our company is divided into two types: direct type and capacitive type. Among them, the capacitive static elimination rod has the advantages of good elimination effect, flame retardant, and no interference source.

Usage and Maintenance

1. The power supply of the eliminator is AC 220V, and 380V is strictly prohibited. When it is working, the terminals must be connected to the metal body of the machine and the ground reliably. Otherwise, the eliminator will be easily damaged.

2. The grounding ends of both ends of the static elimination rod must be reliably grounded, and the discharge needle must be vertically aligned with the static object. The closer the distance, the better the static elimination effect.

3. When the machine is working, the operator should not touch or approach the discharge needle of the high-voltage output terminal.

4. The high-voltage output line and the connecting line should be separated by a certain distance, and should not be close to any metal objects.

5. The power must be cut off during cleaning and maintenance.

6. The discharge body and the fixed bracket should be scrubbed frequently.

7. During transportation, storage, and use, do not expose to rain or contact with corrosive objects.

8. If it is found that the spark gradually weakens or there is no spark output, it is generally because the 630V, 1.5uF capacitor fails. Please replace a 500V, 1.5uF capacitor and it would return to normal.
