LJKY-Ⅱ 10/20A electric torque motor controller for general machinery winding rewinding printing

Brief Introduction

torque motor controller is a new type of electronic voltage regulator controller with inductive (resistive) load. It is used for controlling the running speed of the torque motor on film-blowing machines and bag-making machines or other kinds of machines. The torque motor controller is equipped on the winding part of the film blowing machine or air bubble film-making machine, to control the winding speed.

HW-LJKY series torque controller is a general-purpose product. In order to replace the three-phase autotransformer, a fully electronic control device is specially designed. Imported triacs are used to change the opening angle of the thyristors, so that the working voltage of the motor or other loads can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 420V, realizing a balanced voltage and speed regulation process, and controlling the input torque of the motor to meet the actual process requirements of different products. And can work in resistance, inductive loads, widely used in hardware machinery plastics, wires, cables, rope nets, printing, papermaking, boilers, lifting, machine tools, general machinery, and other industries winding equipment.

Main Features

The controller has soft start performance, which prevents the impact on the machine during full pressure start and the deformation or extension caused by sudden force on the winding work, effectively prolonging the trial period of mechanical equipment and improving product quality.
Compared with the three-phase auto-voltage regulator, this controller adopts electronic regulation, no contact wear, balanced voltage regulation, good start-up performance, lightweight, high efficiency, low heat generation, and energy saving (the average energy saving measured is 20% above).
