Brief Introduction

A torque motor controller is used for controlling the running speed of the torque motor on film-blowing machines and bag-making machines or other kinds of machines. The torque motor controller is equipped on the winding part of the film blowing machine or air bubble film-making machine, to control the winding speed.

We are offering a 3-phase torque motor controller unit that employs a solid-state circuit. This solid state control circuit without relays provides high reliability as well as long and maintenance free service. The torque controller unit provides adjustable output ac voltage of approximately 0 to 220V for each phase, hence the torque or the speed of the motor can be adjusted.

Torque motor controller mainly consists of 3 phase ON/OFF switch, AC ammeter, potentiometer, and control card.

Widely used in mechanical and electrical industries such as hardware, machinery, plastics, wires and cables, rope nets, printing and papermaking, textile printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, rubber, film rubber, and so on.

Main Features

The main characteristic of the moment motor is while rotational speed changes, its moment can still keep within the range of the certain. So various mechanical equipment is applied to control the tension of coiling more extensively. This control-board adopts the silicone controlled rectifier to move and touch off technology and control the torque to the moment motor, because the main circuit has adopted the silicone controlled rectifier and introduced the technology of feedbacking so this control-board has advantages of steady voltage regulation, good performance to start, small volume, lightweight, and high efficiency, etc. It is the ideal product for moment motor controls at present.

Operation Steps

1. Turn the speed control knob to the zero position.

2. Turn on the main power supply and turn on the switch of the controller (the indicator light on).

3. Adjust the knob of the speed regulating potentiometer clockwise, the voltage of the motor is from low to high, and the speed is from slow to fast, so that the work can be achieved. When the speed is required, the change of voltage can be seen by the voltmeter of the control instrument.

4.If the direction of the motor does not match, please cut off the power supply, and exchange the output terminal or the two wires of the output terminal at will, and it can run normally.

5. If the constant tension closed-loop automatic control speed and response speed are inconsistent, please adjust the W4 (4K7) potentiometer on the board, to make the match work properly.

5V, 0V: Please connect to the positive and negative poles of the external 5V power supply.
CP, —: Panel potentiometer.
If there is no external power supply, please link 5V to the CP.
When 0V is connected to —, it can be controlled by a panel potentiometer.
