Brief Introduction
The torque motor controller is a new type of electronic voltage regulation (open, closed loop) control device. It basically remains unchanged, and the motor performance and winding performance are coordinated and matched. It is an ideal matching device for mechatronic torque motors. The controller (board) adopts a thyristor to realize a stepless speed regulation of the motor, so that the voltage regulation is stable, the starting performance is good, and it has the advantages of small size, lightweight, high efficiency, convenient installation and use, and long service life.
Applications
This product is suitable for winding equipment in metallurgy, printing, petrochemical, textile, plastic, wire and cable, papermaking, boiler, hoisting, machine tools, general machinery, and other industries. The winding diameter gradually increases from the initial stage to the final stage. Changes in tension and line speed throughout the process are kept within the allowable range.
Main Features
The main characteristic of the moment motor is while rotational speed changes, its moment can still keep within the range of the certain. So it is applied various mechanical equipment to control the tension of coiling more extensively. This control-board adopts the silicone controlled rectifier to move and touch off technology and control the torque to the moment motor, because the main circuit has adopted the silicone controlled rectifier and introduced the technology of feedbacking so this control-board has advantages of steady voltage regulation, good performance to start, small volume, lightweight, and high efficiency, etc. It is the ideal product for moment motor controls at present.

Working Principle
The main circuit of the three-phase torque motor controller (board) adopts imported triac, and by changing the open angle of the controllable silicon, the working voltage of the motor or other loads can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 480V (the starting voltage of the motor is 60V), which also realizes the process of balanced pressure regulation and speed regulation to meet the technological requirements of different production lines.
In the thyristor control circuit, a three-phase synchronous integrated module is used. In addition to the original voltage, negative feedback, and soft start, links such as overcurrent cut-off, phase loss protection, and short-circuit protection circuits under working conditions are added to improve the speed regulation accuracy, limit the starting current, achieve stable and reliable work condition and temperature compensation performance. The starting performance of the torque motor at low voltage is also improved, so that the torque motor can obtain a larger torque at a low speed, and the application range of the torque motor is expanded.
