Brief Introduction
The XC-2001 position control system is improved and designed on the basis of the original YXD-Ⅱ stepper motor control system, CN-Ⅱ position control system, and XC-Ⅱ(Ⅲ) position control system. Its main feature is to absorb the advantages of similar systems at home and abroad, to have integrated design, complete functions, high performance, high reliability, and easy installation and maintenance. XC-2001 could be used for the automatic cutting of bags for packaging accessories. The bag length can be set and cut immediately, no need to adjust empty travel, electronic counting, and automatic measurement can be completed. At present, this series of products has been selected by manufacturers in various industries and has won the unanimous trust and praise from end users. In 2001, it passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.

Operation Procedures
The system is controlled in real time, and the parameters are executed immediately after setting, without pressing the reset button
1. Turn on the power to make the system in a power-on state.
2. Use to cycle up and down to set parameter items.
L: Length, 5-3500mm
U: host speed, 0-500 (corresponding voltage 0-10V)
n: the whole number, 1-9999, 5 alarms in advance, when the count reaches n, the relay outputs, the count returns to zero, and the batch number increases by 1.
H: Ribbon compensation amount, 0-49, set 00 to search for the color mark until it is found; set 01-49 to find the color mark within the effective range, if it cannot be found three times in a row, it will stop at overspeed.
F: password, after entering the correct password (21), the parameters can be modified.
3. +: The value to be modified is incremented, and a natural number is incremented at a time. The host speeds up in the counting state.
4. -: Decrement the modified value, decrement a natural number by one click. The host decelerates in the counting state.
5. Start: Start the main motor.
6. Stop: High position stops the main motor.
7. Color and white: "color" is a printed product, which needs to be tracked with a photoelectric color mark; "white" is a blank product, that is, a fixed-length production.
8. Self-inspection: In the "stop" state, click to enter the system to automatically set the length of the dragging material.
9. Clear: Press this key for a short time to clear the count value to 0; press this key for 3 seconds to clear the batch value to 0.
10. Reset: The system returns to the initial state. Because the system is controlled in real time, it is recommended not to use this key.
11. : Click to enter, during the initial adjustment, slowly enter the material.
12. : Click back, during the initial adjustment, slowly return the finished material.

A Start dragging position, at this time the cutter moves upwards, just after leaving the bottom knife, the stepper motor can smoothly send out the material to be made (Figure 1).
B High stop position. At this time, the cutter moves upwards and just reaches the highest point. Stopping can prevent the scalding cutter from damaging the material to be made (Figure 2).
C Drag material limit position, at this time the cutter moves downwards, just at the bottom knife, at this time the stepper motor can no longer feed the material, otherwise, the material to be processed will be blocked in the knife or broken (Figure 3).
D The whole bag unloading position. At this time, the cutter moves downwards until it reaches the lowest point. The whole machine pulls out the needle at this position, and then pushes out the whole product (Figure 4).
